Induction Ceremony of Foundation Fellows

Nigerian Academy of Medicine (NAMed) held the postponed Induction Ceremony of the Foundation Fellows VIRTUALLY on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 commencing at 5.00pm (WAT) using the ZOOM Video-conferencing platform. The Zoom platform was used by FELLOWS while the Ceremony was treamed on our YouTube Channel, Twitter and Facebook for members of the public. After the Address by the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Prof. Tolu Odugbemi, OON, NNOM, FAS, FNAMed. There were Keynote addresses by Prof. Oyewale Tomori, NNOM, FAS and Dr. Fatima Kyari, FWACS, PhD. This aspect was followed by FORMAL Induction of the FOUNDATION FELLOWS after they had displayed their signed BOND OF OBLIGATION one by one online . Professor Oyewale Tomori was awarded the HONORARY FELLOWSHIP while Dr. Fatima Kyari was also inducted as a Fellow of the Academy. THE BROCHURE FOR THE PROGRAMME OF EVENTS HAS PICTURES AND BIOSKETCHES OF ALL INDUCTED FELLOWS.
