The Nigerian Academy of Medicine is pleased to announce its newly elected fellows for the year 2023.
The call for applications for the fellowship of the academy was advertised to the medical community on the . Following this, many eminent scholars in the field who are registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria sent in their applications for consideration. The Academy has applied its stringent criteria and has formally announced its elected fellows. Successful fellows were inducted in a ceremony which held at Reiz Continental Hotel, Abuja on the 26th of October, 2023.
At the event themed "Enhancing the Healthcare Workforce in Nigeria in the presence of the Changing Demographics", the former minister of health of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Prof. Issac F. Adewole delivered a lecture titled "Interprofessional Relationships in The Health Sector".
